APPROACHES FOR OPERATIONS

RECRUITMENT & TRAINING
Providing the best security is about having the right people for each specific job environment. At Lattice security, all our security officers are thoroughly vetted before being admitted into our in-house security training program. All our security officers undergo full security basic guarding course(BGC) training to equip them with the technical knowledge and skills in security guarding and patrol.
SECURITY SUPERVISION, EVALUATION & REPORTING
Security Officers are supervised a minimum of 3 times during each 12-hour shift by a senior supervisor or a Duty Officer In-charge. Regular appraisals and reviews are carried out to evaluate the efficiency of service delivery. All incidents are recorded in the occurrence book (OB) for necessary action.
INDUCTION AND DEPLOYMENT
All Security Officers work for six (6) days /night per 12-hour shifts per week between 0600-1800 Hrs for the Day shift and 1800-0600hrs for the night shift Proper handing over / taking over is mandatory at end of each 12-hour shift Undertaking security patrol within and around the assignment is mandatory.
